Green-e® Energy

Green-e® Energy is a certification program that verifies the environmental attributes of electricity generated from renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power. Companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), can purchase Green-e® Energy certificates to demonstrate their commitment to renewable energy and to offset their electricity consumption from non-renewable sources.

Green-e® Energy certificates are a way for companies to support the development of renewable energy projects and to help reduce their environmental impact.

When a company purchases a Green-e® Energy certificate, they are essentially paying for the environmental benefits of the renewable energy that was generated.

Green-e® Energy offers three levels of certification: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. These certificates are tradable.
